La crisis financiera explicada como para niños.

Una  magnífica explicación de lo que es la crisis y como ha ido extendiéndose. Leopoldo Abadía, explica el origen del crack financiero del año 2008. Habla sobre los NINJAS,  personas que no tienen ni ingresos, ni empleo, ni propiedades, pero que los bancos quieren para dar créditos. Los bancos, al haber dado tantas hipotecas se quedan sin dinero y por ello, y como explica Leopoldo Abadía, se lanzan a buscar más dinero por el mundo. ¿Como? Vendiendo las hipotecas a otros bancos. El problema es que son hipotecas que nadie va a pagar. Y nadie es consciente de las "hipoteca basura" que hay por el mundo.

La burbuja inmobiliaria en España y sus consecuencias, explicada de manera muy sencilla. ¿Como hemos llegado a esta situación? El neoliberalismo hizo que se privatizara el suelo, y fue un negocio para los ayuntamientos, autonomías... que pensaron que de esa manera se lograría multiplicar las inversiones en la construcción, bajando la demanda por la gran oferta y así comprar casas muy muy baratas. Comprar viviendas era una moda!! Y la especulación también!!

The 24h of innovation is a 24h (non stop)a dynamic and exciting event to promote creativity in the friendly environment of the Basque Country. This year it has been in october, in France. The projects and topics are proposed by companies, labs, association and they are unveiled (title + brief + illustration) at the beginning of the competition.
