Habla sobre los NINJAS,  personas que no tienen ni ingresos, ni empleo, ni propiedades, pero que los bancos quieren para dar créditos. Los bancos, al haber dado tantas hipotecas se quedan sin dinero y por ello, y como explica Leopoldo Abadía, se lanzan a buscar más dinero por el mundo. ¿Como? Vendiendo las hipotecas a otros bancos. El problema es que son hipotecas que nadie va a pagar. Y nadie es consciente de las "hipoteca basura" que hay por el mundo.

La burbuja inmobiliaria en España y sus consecuencias, explicada de manera muy sencilla. ¿Como hemos llegado a esta situación? El neoliberalismo hizo que se privatizara el suelo, y fue un negocio para los ayuntamientos, autonomías... que pensaron que de esa manera se lograría multiplicar las inversiones en la construcción, bajando la demanda por la gran oferta y así comprar casas muy muy baratas.
